I purchased a flawed gift card on the internet around 8 months ago, and as a result of that my Apple ID was locked. My iPhone was registered with the same Apple ID. Can my Apple ID be re-instated if the purchase data is cleared?
Currently I am not able to use another Applie ID to make payments or change account information on my iPhone. However, I am able to make payment and synchronize with the phone using my iTune account on a personal computer. Does this have anything to do with the issue mentioned in the above paragraph? What can I do to bring it back to normal again?
