In the era that cell phone is widely available, there are very few people would carry calling card with them. Do you ever have the experience that when you need the most to make a call , yet your cell phone is out of charge? This design is to make the public phone to be able to read the information from SIM card. This way, in an emergent situation, one can remove the SIM card out the disabled cell phone, insert into the public phone and read the original information menu to make a phone call. The cost for making such a call will be charged in the cell phone monthly bill by transmitting this calling information to the cell phone company through the SIM card.
